Donald Case
Don Case is known and respected for the quality of his work and the efficiency in which it is handled. A degree in speech and theater brought him to New York in 1979 where he focused his talents on theater and stand-up comedy. His shift to casting came in 1983 when he co-founded Kelly & Case. He quickly became a prominent force in New York Casting spearheading Donald Case Casting in 1989.
Don is known for his excellence in kids' casting and is proud to have worked on many projects with Hasbro™, Playskool™, Milton Bradley™, and Mattel™. He is responsible for finding the perfect baby to sit in the now-famous Michelin Tire™ spots. He has cast countless commercials with characters ranging from football players to bikers to ballerinas, and everything in between. Don has also led the way in animation voiceover casting, giving voice to the cast of characters in several Cartoon Network™ series, including Courage the Cowardly Dog.
In addition to commercials and voiceovers, Donald Case casts for industrials, film, theater, and television. He has cast numerous TV shows and has had the pleasure of working with many dynamic forces, including Bill Fertik, Alan Cumming, Kevin Donovan, Greg Kohs, Penny Marshall, David Stern, John Woo, David Steinberg, and the late John Schlesinger.

Rachel Silver Damanti
Rachel Silver Damanti is excited to celebrate her 10th year in the entertainment industry!
Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Rachel came to New York via Syracuse University where she earned her degree in Drama. Upon her arrival in NYC, Rachel dove into the entertainment agency, learning the ropes working in a theatrical agency with actors working all over Broadway. She moved into the commercial world, working for two of New York’s top commercial agencies representing both children and adults for on-camera commercials, voiceovers, and radio.
Rachel transitioned into casting when she joined Donald Case Casting in 2008. During her time with Don Case Casting, Rachel has cast hundreds of commercials, matching talent of all types and ages to the right projects.

Aaron Steinbauer
Aaron Steinbauer is excited to a part of the Donald Case Casting team! Having graduated from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, Pennsylvania, with a degree in Business Management, he joined Don Case Casting in January of 2017. When he’s not casting, you can find Aaron performing Improv comedy all over NYC. He’s a regular at the Upright Citizens Brigade as well as the People’s Improv Theater.
